This is what we specialize in.  We are a very small firm with immense amounts of experience.  Each of our consultants brings a wealth of knowledge about all areas of education and how those areas interconnect to create successful schools.  We work with each of our partners to co-create their improvement plan, because we know every context is different and those differences make a huge impact on the success of the initiative.

Typical school improvement cycles start with data that shows a need for improvement in student achievement. Schools will contract with outside providers that create an overwhelming list of priorities with limited implementation support. This results in isolated professional learning and little change in teacher practices, school systems, and student achievement.

We co-analyze the school context and culture with leadership and tailor our needs assessment to analyze the strongest research-based factors within the unique context of each school. Together, we co-create an implementation plan.

We provide support to ensure successful initial implementation, build momentum, and develop teacher and leader efficacy. Consistent thought partnerships support systemwide success.

Sustainability

Effective systems are established, teachers experience greater success, and leaders develop their capacity to engage in continuous improvement.  Not only does achievement improve, but the school’s capacity for continued change also improves.
